Kourtney, 37, looked amazing in a Versace dress as she danced the night away with her estranged ex, Scott.
Khloe', 31, showed her toned figure & cleavage in a pink latex dress.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars flew to Vegas where they celebrated in a private VIP booth at 1 0AK & filmed throughout the night.

Scott said "The best gift for my birthday was the support & love from my family & friends."
