School Threats In The Area

Schools in Green Bay, Appleton, & Oshkosh (WI) recieved threatening calls Monday. WBAY-TV has confirmed schools across the nation recieved similar threats from Massachusetts to the state of Washington.

Students & staff at Oakwood School in Oshkosh are being evacuated due to a threatening phone call. They were taken to the 20th Avenue YMCA as a "precautionary measure."

Appleton's Janet Berry Elementary recieved an anonymous phone call before noon that a bomb would go off in the building. The Appleton police took a bomb-sniffing dog through the school.

In Greenbay, Edison Middle School was placed in secure mode while the police investigated the phone call.
