The original American Idol is parting ways with RCA Records & heading over to Atlantic with a huge new project. "I'm so excited cause they want to make the album that I've been dying to make since I was a kid & since I was on 'Idol'. Everybodys been asking me to make a soulful record for years. While we've always had soulful influences on my records, we've never actually made a soulful record. That is what Atlantic Records & I are about to do".
Kelly also said she's going to release content every last Friday of the month. Today she released the video for "Tight Rope" & four cover songs she's performed while on tour including 'Creep', 'Fix You', 'Rather Go Blind', & 'Ready For Love'.
Can't wait to hear her new record!
