Tori Spelling: Ordered to Pay $38,000 Credit Card Debt

Tori Spelling can't seem to catch a break! In January, American Express sued the reality star after she failed to pay her debts. E! News can confirm that on August 11th, a judge ordered a default judgment against Tori, demanding she repay the full amount, plus $855 in court fees.

Tori has made no comment. Lately, we haven't seen much of her -except for her appearance on the season finale of E!'s "Hollywood Medium" show, where she had a chance to communicate with a friend who had passed.

Last we heard from Tori about her finances she was quoted saying "We're not struggling. We're fine!"
