Kim Kardashian: Suing Over Reports Claiming She Faked her Own Robbery

Kim Kardashian West isn't holding back. Kim is suing a website against allegations that she lied about her robbery last week in Paris, France. The reality star filed a federal lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com today for a few of their posts claiming to have evidence that she "faked her own robbery."

The posts have since been removed. According to papers obtained by ET, Kim demanded the site publish a retraction & apologize, but it was "ignored". MediaTakeout.com has no comment at this time. Kim has yet to make a public statement. "This really shook her & gave her a major reality check."

Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian, will appear on the Ellen show today & speak briefly about her sister.
